I am Melissa Lewis Sims, and I teach English.  I graduated from HCHS in 1992 and began my teaching career here in 2003.  I have two children, Zander and Alexis, both of which graduated from HCHS.  I hold an Associates of Science degree from Wallace College, Bachelor’s in Secondary English Education from Troy University, and a Master’s of Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.  I am the senior sponsor as well as yearbook sponsor.
